be accepting new provider applications. We have exceeded
our goals in terms of approving providers, and the provider
network represents a diverse set of partners reflecting
the needs and preferences of the target population.
(ADP may consider exceptions to this policy if an organization
offers a needed service that is not otherwise available
in the area for CARE clients, or if additional providers
are needed to meet a specific priority or area of focus.)
